Our annual meeting for 2020 was January 12, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at Tunison Community Room, 365 SW Tunison, in Southtown, Corvallis. We were happy to see new faces and gather new ideas for programs–making our own wine, holding a Central American cooking class, visiting new food and beverage businesses in South Corvallis, holding a Russian or Bangladeshi dinner, picnicking at a farm in Monmouth, hosting a talk on the history of restaurants, and learning about perry. The Slow Food Corvallis board will explore all of these suggestions and figure out which will work for us in the coming year.
