Janis is a 2023 graduate of the Anthropology and Food in Culture & Social Justice (FCSJ) program’s at OSU. She is currently a master’s student in OSU’s Applied Anthropology program. She is particularly interested in bringing attention to food waste, reducing food insecurity, and cooking local food.
We sponsor events and partner with other organizations for various activities. It’s a great way to get more information about local food and sometimes even hold, smell, and taste it. Get your questions answered and meet people with similar interests. Watch for recipes we often post after events!
