Kale salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch kale with tender leaves
  • 1 large apple
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup toasted chopped hazelnuts

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the kale.
  • Dress with oil, vinegar and salt. Let stand while you prepare the apple (or longer).
  • Cut apple into bite-sized pieces.
  • Toss apple with kale and cranberries.
  • Just before serving top with nuts.
